The Leadership Effectiveness Workshop includes:
  • Coaching: all participants receive four (4) hours of one-on-one coaching by an experienced executive coach
  • Assessments: all participants take four (4) behavioral assessments         

          DiSC®: identifies behavioral strengths

          Team Dimensions Profile: methods to increase productivity and innovation

          Leadership Practices Inventory:
measures leadership on a 10-point frequency

          360 By Design®: measures specific leadership abilities 
  • Classes: participants meet monthly for simulations, exercises, problem-solving and discussion
  • Mentoring: participants receive two (2) hours of mentoring by business and community leaders
  • Networking: participant get to know their cohort members through discussion and work/study groups
  • Readings and Podcasts: participants are given reading and podcast assignments that will be used as a basis for group discussion and self directed learning
