Our signature event is
Development a la Carte

Do your people need to learn the benefits of collaboration?
Are you looking for a way to foster teamwork and ease workplace tension?
Then forget about the motivational speaker and the lame team building exercises! Come prepare a meal and have a great time doing it. If your folks don’t cook, all the better!
Development a la Carte builds on the popularity of cooking TV programs and integrates lessons of teambuilding, collaboration and process improvement as participants work together towards a mutual goal: making and sharing a meal together.
